Stress is something that everyone experiences. However, not being able to manage stress in a healthy way is a concern. When stress is very high and/or prolonged, it can in turn lead to work-related psychological or physical injury. Bullying in school or workplace can also lead to depression. Here, we discuss the link between stress, bullying at school or workplace, how it may lead to depression and how to manage and overcome it.
